Louis Harper is a lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Manitoba. Currently, he advises on labour and corporate law and works closely with associate lawyers. He also studies and applies Indigenous law in the work that he does. His capacity as Executive Director overseen by the Board of Directors of TFAO Inc..

Lisa Harper is from Berens River First Nation.

Chanda Bird is a member of Black River FN.

Chanda started working at the treaty 5 office since April 2021.

Over four years, JoHannah has been a noteworthy member of our Treaty 5 youth team. You may know her from her work as the social media manager at Tfao.inc. However, JoHannah can also be credited as a well travelled creative. Her goals include writing a novel and continuing to decolonize spaces through culture and self-expression.

Nathaniel Jordan Magbanua, an Indigenous filmmaker from Swan Lake First Nation, currently living in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg in 2023 and previously completed a diploma in Radio/Television Broadcasting at Herzing College in 2018.
